These general terms (TOU/TOS) govern the use of trendspacefr.com and the provision of advisory services by Trendspacefr SAS. They apply to any user of the site and to any client signing an advisory mandate.
The site trendspacefr.com is published by Trendspacefr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €50,000, with its registered office at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 902 547 318, intra-Community VAT FR 89 902547318. Publication director: Antoine Lambert.
Trendspacefr provides an advisory and administrative support service aimed at identifying, preparing and submitting applications for public benefits (tax credits, social benefits, European funds, regional grants, France 2030 and France Relance schemes) on behalf of its clients.
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. Subscribing to a service results in the signing of a specific mandate setting out the missions, fees and execution terms.
The initial audit and the eligibility check are free. The fees for preparing and following up the file are calculated on success only, according to a percentage agreed in the mandate (12% to 18% excl. VAT of the amounts actually received by the client). No upfront fees are required. Fees are payable within 30 days of the benefit being paid to the client.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to send the requested supporting documents within reasonable deadlines, and to inform Trendspacefr of any change in situation that may affect their eligibility.
Trendspacefr undertakes a best-efforts obligation: fair advice, diligence in handling files, confidentiality, compliance with French and European regulations. Trendspacefr does not guarantee the obtaining of a benefit, which depends on the sovereign decision of the relevant administration.
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer client has 14 calendar days to withdraw without having to justify any reason. The withdrawal form can be requested by email at contact@trendspacefr.com.
All content of the site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, graphic design) is the exclusive property of Trendspacefr SAS or its partners and is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
Trendspacefr cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or services. Trendspacefr's liability is in any case capped at the amount of fees actually received from the client over the last 12 months.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator MEDICYS (73 boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris). Failing amicable settlement, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, except for legal provisions in favour of the consumer. The applicable law is French law.
Trendspacefr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the date of subscription to the service. Users are invited to consult them regularly.
