This privacy policy describes how Trendspacefr SAS ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, retains and protects the personal data of users of trendspacefr.com, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
The data controller is Trendspacefr SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 902 547 318, with its registered office at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France. You may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@trendspacefr.com.
We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide our services: first and last name, email address, phone number, and the financial and tax information you choose to share with us as part of an audit. No sensitive data (health, opinions, ethnic origin) is collected.
Your data is used to: (i) respond to your information and audit requests, (ii) prepare and submit your public benefit applications, (iii) send you, with your consent, information about our services, (iv) comply with our legal obligations (accounting, anti-money laundering).
Processing is based on your explicit consent, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, and on our legal obligations. Customer data is retained for 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship (accounting and tax obligation); prospect data is retained for 3 years after the last contact.
Your data is never sold. It is accessible to our authorised advisors, our technical subcontractors (host OVHcloud, email service provider, CRM tools) all located in the European Union, and where applicable to the administrations concerned by your file (DGFiP, CAF, BPI France, European fund management authorities).
All data is hosted in France by OVH SAS (Roubaix datacenter, ISO 27001 and HDS certified). Transfers are encrypted (TLS 1.3) and stored data is encrypted at rest (AES-256).
Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and set post-mortem directives. To exercise these rights, contact dpo@trendspacefr.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: strong authentication of advisors, access logging, daily encrypted backups, annual security audits. In case of a breach, you will be informed within the timeframe set by the GDPR.
